Flat Mask Making Machine has a high degree of automation. Only one worker needs to place the mask body on the machine tray one by one. The remaining ear bands are welded, edged, slitted, and finished products are output by the machine, so as to complete a finished inner ear with edged mask.

This machine adopts PLC program control, servo motor drive with high stability. When the ear band is out of material, the ultrasonic is overloaded, or the operation is abnormal, the abnormal cause can be automatically diagnosed. The abnormal cause will be displayed on the human-machine interface and the machine will automatically stop. It's easily-maintained and time-saving.

1. The non-woven fabric will unrolled by a roller and then folded automatically.

2. After the nose bridge rolled, the folded fabric will be transferred and cut by the machine.

3. Both sides of the mask will be cut and welded to seal by ultrasonic welding, and then sealed.

4. The mask ears will be welded at the next mask ear loop welding station.

5. In the end, this machine has an output efficiency of qualified mask 100-120 pieces / minute.
