How to ship and install the machines properly?

Machine: Melamine tableware/Urea tableware molding machine

Brand: SHUNHAO

Model: DTB-300

Pressure: 300tons

Size: L.2.25*W.1.45*H 2.96Meter

(Especially the height of the machine is higher than the limitation of the 40HQ container)

When making shipment, we will lower the 4 pillars of the machines, there are 4 holes to support these 4 pillars and make them into the holes.

So, the installation work will move to the buyers or the factories who will run these machine:

How to ascend the machines, upto its normal running height?

* Firstly, put machines to stand on the BALANCE floor; If the floor is unbalance, then the machines can not install properly, these 4 pillars required the balance ground floor;

*Secondly, connect the machine with power;

*Thirdly, loosen the screw nut of 4 pillars (need to use the hammer)

*Switch on the machine and turn on "MANUAL", then ascend the machine slowly

*When the machine ascend upto its normal height, then stop the machine, then lock the screw and nut of the 4 pillars properly.

Finally, the work of installation for mealmine tableware/urea tableware molding machine is finished.
